Workout room is a joke. Floor coming up. One bench. The only pulldown machine has no arrangement to us on the pulldown machine so it’s not usable. Room cleaners did a great job. They allow dogs and 8 to a room. Smell of weed the first two nights while walking the floor

I normally do not leave negative reviews, but my experience at this Crowne Plaza was truly disappointing. This was by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed at, and the customer service was even worse than what you’d expect from a Motel 6. The front desk employees couldn’t even lift their heads to acknowledge us—extremely rude, unwelcoming, and completely unprofessional. The rooms were old and poorly maintained. The wallpaper was peeling, the lighting was terrible, and the overall condition made the stay very uncomfortable. For a hotel that carries the Crowne Plaza name, this was nowhere near acceptable. I will never return and definitely won’t recommend this place to anyone. Crowne Plaza needs serious improvements in both their staff training and room upkeep.

We stay here twice a year on business. Staff was particularly helpful on this trip as I accidentally booked 2 rooms….was expecting a nights charge (or worse) for the second room but they simply cancelled it with no penalty. Very clean and comfortable rooms…close to everything we need while we’re there.

We love this hotel, especially for the outstanding restaurant on the premises. The breakfast voucher is a great value! My kids also love the pool - the room itself is so bright and it feels like a retreat. My only critique is that the pool really needs a good cleaning. The water is clean but the sides of the pool really need a deep cleaning.
