We booked two queens 4 months in advance. Upon arrival we were told they only had a king available. They said when booking through a third party you dont always get your choice. Would have been nice if we sere told that before we got there. At least it was my daughter and I. What if we had been colleagues. It would have been unacceptable. Also hotel was quite dated with mold in shower ceiling and clogged shower drain. At least the bed was comfortable and staff was friendly. For our trouble they comped a free breakfast.

I had a bad experience with my room not being clean and I was there 2days also it had to take 10-15 min for the water to get hot for me to shower.

We stayed for two night. When we returned to our room after being gone from 10 am to 8 pm, we walked into a room that had not been made up. No new coffee supplies, bathroom with used towels not removed and no made bed. When we call the desk to complain, gwe were told nothing could be done

The property is a little older. Check in was smooth and the hostess was nice. My room had crumbs under the desk/table and there was hair in the shower.

The hotel was not particularly nice. The room was small and just kind of average. The room service/Bar Louie was probably the best thing... but I also think it contributed to the property being so loud...
