The Front Desk girl had an attitude and tried to put us in one of their old worn out rooms when I specifically booked an updated renovated room. We went back to the front desk asking again for an updated room that we reserved.She said there were none available. She refused to give us a refund so we can go somewhere else, stating that because it was booked through Expedia she would not be refunding our money. Husband asked to speak to a manager and was told there wasn’t one. He negotiated with her until finally he got us the renovated room we had booked from the website. We do not recommend this hotel as they do not honor reservations booked but bait and switch you to a small old worn out room at their whim. Terrible experience.
