The front staff were so helpful and accommodating. I had to park my car early and pick it up after I checked out. It was close to the convention center and the small restaurant had a really great pepperoni flatbread.

I liked the location of the property and the burger and fries at the bar was very good. But the entire hotel was rather run down. The amenities in the room were limited. My remote didn't work but the repair man came right away and fixed it (replaced batteries). The bed clothes seemed old and were not nearly warm enough (I turned up the temperature in the room.) Valet parking was a bit of a pain. We had to wait a long time for one pick-up, but the car was in good shape and the valets very nice and clearly hard-working. There were not enough products in the bathroom for two women.

There was no service of the rooms and we were not notified of that. I don't mind sleeping in the same sheets and using the same towels but I would like the bed made and amenities replaced. One mini shampoo bottle for 2 people for 3 days doesn't work! Also, others placed trash in the hallway and wine glasses and they sat there for days. People at the desk were great and the car valet wonderful, breakfast adequate.
