Habitualmente me hospedo en la cadena Hampton. Hacia 4 años no me hospedaba en este hotel. Exelente la atención de todo el personal , siempre con muy buena predisposicion, dede la recepcion , hasta las mucamas y destaco a la sra Ana en el desayuno. Siempre van a encontrar personal del hotel que hable español. Lo negativo es que a el hotel le llego la hora de Renovarse. Las alfombras despiden olor y estan sucias, paredes con empapelado desprendido , puertas y bañeras con defectos de pintura. La puerta automatica de la entrada al funcionar generaba una vibración que llegaba a nuestra habitación que estaba en el 4to piso arriba de la entrada. Les sugiero pidan una habitación alejada de la entrada. Estacionamiento gratuito al igual que el desayuno, este ultimo variado y acorde al tipo de hotel. También como es habitual en la cadena , cafe y te de cortesía las 24 hs.

The property was fine especially the staff, most of whom were excellent. In the breakfast area asking for something that might be gluten free seemed to annoy a person of the staff and we didn’t feel happy about it. We did call the property before reserving for a week and were assured that certain items would be available, but that was not the case, at least not every day. Sometimes people may be having a bad day but paying guests should not be paying the price for their bad day.

No electric outlet at the desk. Body lotion in the shower, rather than conditioner. Breakfast area vastly undersized, leading to crowding. Table area too small to facilitate a wheelchair or a walker (and, certainly, at any given time, not more than one guest using one or the other). Food offerings limited due to undersized service area. Hot dishes were entirely unappealing.
