The front desk and security were very rude I will never stay at the Hyde again.

I have stayed at the Hyde several times and it was always very nice. This time I had the worst experience of my life security was very rude. I had the wrist band on my hand and I showed it to him as I was passing by on a rush to get upstairs, he said “if you don’t wear the wrist band on your arm I will kick you out” without even asking me before hand. The front desk said “he is only doing his job” when I brought it up to their attention it’s not his job to be rude to the guests who stay here. Very disappointed with how everything was handled. Will never stay there again. No one wants to be disrespected I would definitely not recommend staying here the views are nice but not worth it.
