I loved the area and location of the place. Surrounding area was lovely and very close to the airport. Short ride to local business district and bus routes right outside. The property was well maintained. Staff was very attentive.

The room reeked of cigarettes, even with no smoling signs everywhere Told Hotel Staff they said they would take care of it. Nothing happened second time I said something they gave me a plugin. Asked for manager when I was checking out, they were not on property and I was told they would call me shortly. I never recieved a call. Travelocity should drop them fron their options of places to stay.

Hotel is seedy, reminds me of an episode of CSI Miami, I did not feel safe at this hotel, it looks like a budget motel, and people live here, as well as their pets. My neighbor had a barking chihuahua that kept me up all night, the people that live here, partied and dranked all night by playing loud music. Hotel lobby smelled like a spoiled mop, and hotel falsely advertised continental breakfast, was served a muffin and bottled water. Bed sheets were burned with cigarette and the carpet in my room was soiled with black stains. Im thankful I survived the night here, oh did i mention the rooms have a mildew smell. so disappointed
