"We stayed one night and the hotel was great. Most of the staff were very kind some of the front desk staff definitely acted and looked like they did not like their job. Hotel is located in a great area very close to the train. Would stay there again"

"The staff was very nice! The only issues with the room was there was no body wash or shampoo. The containers were empty. There was also Doritos under a chair that fell from somebody’s bag. Other than that it was clean!"

"Definitely go to the front of the hotel first and drop off your luggage, and then proceed to the Fourth level of the parking garage to park; or just utilize the Valet service. My suite was modern, clean and smelled nice and fresh. I had a great view from the expansive windows overlooking the River. I was on the 5th floor and the view made me feel as though I was on a cruise. I thought the air conditioner was slightly loud, but I was too tired to call about it. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. and the breakfast was delicious! I will book another stay there again next time I visit Pittsburgh."
