Beautiful, clean and cosy house located in one of the best private neighbourhoods of Mazatlán, in Playa Cerritos, just 5min walk from the beach! On the ground floor, the house has half bathroom, a beautiful living room, a large dining room, kitchen, laundry room, patio and a garage for 2 cars. And on the top floor the house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The place has extraordinary green areas, a big swimming pool, grilling area and games for children, clubhouse and controlled access, 24hrs surveillance.

Great host!
The rental was great, as advertised. Host was 5 star in terms of responding to our needs. Location of property is in a quiet part of Mazatlan, removed from the downtown core area. We did not have a rental car so relied on Uber to get around.

A wonderful and relaxing time
This house was very nice. First class accommodations. It was close to a beautiful beach, restaurants (the one on the corner was our favourite), busses and shopping. The owner was there to greet us when we arrived and show us around. I highly recommend!
