Everything was awesome, just the breakfast buffet they offer is 6 they can do better with that great kitchen they have. We joined dinner and brunch and plates where great deserving of hotel and prices where also great. Room Service lady was so kind and pleasant. Room was beautiful everything worked no problems There’s a questionable thing every time you don’t clock your card in door No power so the clock by bed would always restart is that a thing? Overall Hotel is a 10 except breakfast sorry

The Hotel is great in Cleanliness, Staff Pool is a great size Clean but cold not temperatured if cold. Buffet is 5 Five thumbs down seen , ate better at a low quality inn breakfast included they can do better because they work of the restaurant that’s for the Night Dinners And Dinners were exceptional. It’s as they don’t want to invest on the Free Breakfast. Beautiful Views a 10 on views and Service staff

It was a real pleasure to be at this Holiday Inn Express, personal when far and beyond when was needed. Special thanks to Rodolfo, Eduardo, Alexa and Jazmin at the reception, also Ramon was always ready to help when needed. Thank you to Mario, Ibrahim and Abelardo at the restaurant. Little advice, in general you have to improve the breakfast menu and the coordination between Restaurant, swimming pool and the hotel to avoid misunderstanding. In a good note I will be happy to come back with my wife in December and I hope she would have as good impression as me and that we would enjoy our Christmas time in Beautiful Mazatlán. Again thank you everyone and we will see you soon .

Al ppio todo bien. Después nos dimos cuenta que habían grillos en la habitación. Una de las muchachas que limpió el cuarto le dijo a su jefa que faltaba una toalla grande. Al llegar al cuarto recién limpiado nos dejaron una nota de la jefa diciendo que si no aparecía la toalla está sería cobrada. Le reclamamos a la muchacha que eso no era cierto, que habíamos entregado todas las toallas y ella se resumió a decir que revisarían las cámaras y que ahí saldría todo y que era nuestra palabra vs la de ella. Pues al otro día vino la muchacha pidiendo disculpas pq ya habían revisado y que todo estaba bien, que se había confundido con otra habitación pq revisaron los vídeos y no faltaba ninguna. Pues si, se aclaró el tema, pero desgraciadamente nunca nos creyeron, nos amenazaron con el cobro,que es algo que nunca nos había pasado en ningún otro hotel. Nosotros hemos estado seleccionando el hotel holiday inn express tanto en México como en USA por manejar un muy alto estándar de calidad y servicio. Pero ahora la verdad voy a revisar muy bien las recomendaciones y calificaciones pq al parecer en este hotel de resiente apertura no se maneja igual.

La habitación le faltaba limpieza, en baño olía mal, y en general muy ruidoso porque reciben a equipos de jugadores de diferentes deportes, deberían de tener pisos asignados para familias sin niños para tener una estancia más confortable
