I had a wonderful experience at this location. Everything was in order and the staff went beyond the norm to help me navigate through Mazatlan and its many activities. The rooms were immaculate and well maintained. The breakfasts included were delicious and there was a good verity of options.

The Hotel is great in Cleanliness, Staff Pool is a great size Clean but cold not temperatured if cold. Buffet is 5 Five thumbs down seen , ate better at a low quality inn breakfast included they can do better because they work of the restaurant that’s for the Night Dinners And Dinners were exceptional. Everything was awesome, just the breakfast buffet they offer is 6 they can do better with that great kitchen they have. We joined dinner and brunch and plates where great deserving of hotel and prices where also great. Room Service lady was so kind and pleasant. Room was beautiful everything worked no problems There’s a questionable thing every time you don’t clock your card in door No power so the clock by bed would always restart is that a thing? Overall Hotel is a 10 except breakfast sorry
