"The Lulu has always been a good hotel. I have stayed here before in the past and it was just as I remembered it. The beds are comfortable, it is clean and well maintained. The staff was nice and helpful when we needed things. It is a bit far of a walk to Disneyland, so you'll get your early exercise on."

"Friendly staff, property and building were very clean. Located conveniently close to the John Wayne Airport (the free shuttle offered by the hotel was great too). The area itself was very nice. Restaurant and front desk staff were especially helpful. Only downside was that it is located right next to a major freeway which was audible in our room. Not terrible, but noticeable. Entirely outweighed by the positives. I would definitely stay here again."

"Everything was good accept the room was not ready on time and when you have three kids, it creates problems. The front desk guy put our family in a handicap room with no bathtub. I reserved a regular room. The front desk guy argued with me because he said the handicap room did have a bathtub when in reality it didn't. A lack of accountability and a lack of knowledge of the hotel room layouts should be addressed my management."
