"location is very good and you are on the Freedom trail. The chain on the room door was loose and did not close. I informed the front desk and the cleaning crew but it was not fixed. The room was cleaned on the next to last day of our stay at 5pm and only after repeated requests. we had to wait in the lobby with exhausted kids to have the room cleaned."

"Great hotel overall inconvenient location. Pros: Very close to a T station (Symphony on the Green Line), room was clean and spacious, blackout curtains on windows, free breakfast snack included, and was significantly less expensive than other hotels in the area. Cons: Free "breakfast" was paltry-- it included only pre-packaged pastries and muffins, orange juice, and coffee. That's it. The bathroom had a strange design wherein it had a sliding door that did not lock, and the light from the sink part of bathroom was very bright (just a frosted wall separating it from beds) if turned on while others in the room were sleeping. Overall, though, I would stay it again and found it to be a good value."
