The bed would make a cracking noise when layed on and the pillows were small and uncomfortable. The bathroom was very clean.

The stay at this hotel was okay, me and my partner came to stay because we were going to an event at the Kia Forum, we decided to check in an hour early, the receptionist was a tad rude , but we didn’t know we had to pay an incidental fee, which regardless was okay so be aware of that also make sure you have your actual debit card that you used to purchase the booking, would recommend just using cash. No Apple Pay. The room was nice, it was very spacious, the ac did its job. We got the room with the jacuzzi and it was okay. At night it does get a little noisy but overall it was a good stay.

Overall, a great hotel for any event at SOFI (walking distance) - if you’re staying the night at the hotel, parking is $7 vs stadium parking and chaos. The outside is a little misleading and the rooms are actually pretty nice! The only reason why I rated 4 is because the housekeepers were yelling to each other across the hotel and so incredibly loud in the morning.

Someone broke in my car overnight while it was parked . There were drug addicts in the front, not to mention the right next-door to a homeless shelter. Don’t the photos deceive you it looks nothing like the pictures.
