They are thiefs they told me they cannot let me stay unless i pay again for the rooms AGAIN! SHAME ON them also shame on travelocity end noone help me i was on the line for about 1 hour an noone answer but if this is how they do business sooner or later they will loose more money than what they stole from me . I cant believe travelocity stuff couldn't help me either. Definitely will never use this app again after so many years of doing bussines with travelocity and this happens all i have to say is never again!!!

Old man on front desk was rude.. He yell at me that he reports me so i cannot get a room there never again for no reason but my complaint bout soiled dirty disgusting toilet... He alleged that i received the room 2 hrs ago.. I just put my things in the room n leave to other things... I didn't use the toilet.. So he got mad.. Yelling at me all the time giving md no chance to talk...he treated me like i was in the room for free... It was an uncomfortable moment.. Im gonna report this place

Tv didn’t work duvet cover was broken the mattress u can feel the spring very uncomfortable bath towel weigh to small AC has no more space for dust.

I liked the lil fridge in our room. I didn't like the linens, pillows, and NO complimentary breakfast (as promised.)

One of the receptionist was very rude and started yelling at me I’ll because I asked him if there was any additional parking. He refused to give me his name but he was a graveyard front desk clerk. I also asked him for additional towels and he refused to provide me with assistance. He was yelling at me and I told him to stop but he kept going I feel that is so unprofessional and the owners of this hotel need to be more selective on who they hire for customer service because at the end of the day I am a paying customer and to be treated like that is very unfair. With that being said I am very unsatisfied with this treatment and I feel like it was a lot of money to pay For this kind of service and to top it off the toilet wasn’t working and they refused to switch me to another room. I guarantee I will never book in this hotel again.

Dirty motel

It's looked like a sober living home and the staff were mean. I choose to pay at the hotel and my check in time was 3:00pm I called the motel at 2:00pm to see if I can do an early check-in I was told no. By 2:28pm they were taking the money for the hotel stay off my card before I made it to the motel and they refused me an early check-in but took my money before 3:00pm.
