We had a very nice welcome when we arrived. Although the building layout seemed to be like a maze the first time we looked for our room, once we found it, we were able to get back and forth ok. There is only one entrance, through the lobby, which made me feel safer. There are 2 courtyards in the center of the hotel. It is on a busy street, so there were a lot of small local style places to eat within walking distance, including a Starbucks about a clock away.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel.

Pros: Clean, well decorated, fairly good location. Rate was not too bad.
Cons: Communication through other reservation websites. Instead of offering us a room upgrade to stay, a credit for the breakfast buffet would have kept us
Location: Some eating places near by, but really not knowledgeable of the area.
My sister recommended the Radisson Chatsworth as a convenient place to stay when visiting my family in the Valley. I also researched reviews, and the rating was high and well-earned. The staff is professional and helpful. My husband's and my complaint is not so much with the hotel, but with Travelocity, the site I reserved through: We were under the impression that a $15.00 credit would come with the room to be used towards the breakfast buffet. It did not. My research on the Radisson website informed me that the $15 credit would have gone towards the business class reservation. My husband was not happy. Then, while the desk clerk told us to go to the 2nd floor, turn right and go to the end for our room, it turned out we had to go down a hall, turn right, go down another hall, to outside, turn right and find our room. It was nice, overlooking the pool, but a good distance. We moved to another hotel, and it took me 2 hours on the phone with Travelocity to cancel the remainder of our stay; the Radisson could not do it without notification and permission from Travelocity. I learned a big lesson overall.

Very peaceful and cozy place.

I spend three nights and it was a very comfortable, peaceful and clean place, staff was very friendly as well. I would defenetly stay again next time I travel to San Fernando Valley.

I was only there for one night, but the hotel staff was really nice and the room clean and comfortable. I also had dinner in their restaurant and the food was great.

Great Hotel To Stay At!

Awesome hotel. Comfy beds and very clean and modern room. We stayed the night and it only took 20 mins to get to Six Flags which was our destination. Lots of places to eat at nearby. Will stay here again since it is close to many attractions and it was a quiet place to stay at on a holiday weekend and a Friday too! Restaurant on hotel is a little pricey but the drinks and food was worth it!! Plus hotel gives you a voucher for 10% off your meal!

A date night

Pros: Temperature controlled pool and Jacuzzi, Large rooms, staff
My wife and I have a date night once a month, so it makes a big deal when you put some effort to visit a quality place at the right price. The location of the facility may not make a lot of cense, but the facility itself is absolutely beautiful. Rooms are large, beds and furniture comfortable, restaurant and bar are cozy, pool and Jacuzzi are clean and temperature controlled. Atmosphere is what makes this place, allows romance for the romantics, good old fun for those how come for a good time. Best of most worlds.
