Enjoyed our stay. Our only criticism was, in our four day stay our coffee cups and drinking glasses were not exchanged and the coffee and milk was not replenished in our room.

I arrived after midnight and the reservation was cancelled as no show. I had been calling all afternoon and evening to let them know I would be arriving late but they never answer the phone. I had to pay again for the exact same room I had already paid for - so far no refund is forthcoming!

Lovely place

Lovely place located within walking distance of many sites. Staff was great, bed was very comfortable. Only complaint was that we could not get the room to cool down.
