"The halls smelled strongly of cigarettes, and the ceilings and walls were peeling. A mirror fell in the middle of the night and woke us up. We also waited a long time to get checked in, and there was no staff available to assist us. Overall, the room and service were very disappointing."

"Pulled into the parking lot, saw some people walking around with carts. Checked in, paid for the room. Got into the room and the TV was on, there were dark spots on one of the sheets and the bathroom was dirty. We immediately left and got a room somewhere else. 100% do not recommend."

"Convenient to public transit and convention center. Good deal on a weekend with no convention going on. Very nice facilities and top floor restaurant/bar. Many beer taps! However, there are streetcars going past on two sides of the building. They provide earplugs but if you're sensitive, ask for a room on a non-streetcar side. Also, the only hotel parking option is valet at >$40/night. There are some garages 2-3 blocks away that are much cheaper overnight."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. We left a watch in the room and I called the front desk the next day The watch was found they had the watch at the front desk. They gave us directions on how to get the watch back, and were they very helpful."
