"Our room was spacious, our ocean view was partially obscured by foliage on the back of the hotel but not a big deal. Our microwave turntable didn't work so heating food was a bit difficult but I just rotated it and cooked things a little longer and it was fine. It's very cool that water toys are available for guest use in the pool area. The staff was helpful, kind and thorough. The housekeeping is fast and efficient, they waited until we left and we were gone for less than 15 mins and came back to a fully reset and very clean room. A great rate, especially for memorial Day weekend and nice accommodations. We'll be staying here again. Thank you, guys."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location with access to town through a surprising little public walk through the wetlands and a great porch overlooking the ocean. The one-way street really makes this a quiet spot and I enjoyed playing my cello on the porch and the great little reading nook of the kitchen. This is an older building with some really nice design updates and a lot of space. The mirrors upstairs give a really nice ocean view no matter which way you are facing. I guess the showers are really small- I'm not a big guy but I sometimes wonder why nozzles are so low, but that's a small issue/old house sort of thing that didn't hamper our stay at all."

"Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay - our check in was a bit wonky. Never received an email with the check in information - when I reached out by phone they told me my reservation was not paid in full (which it was) and asked for credit card information. Seemed confused on who my reservation was made through - Vrbo vs rental property company. Overall, it worked out just felt alarming at first. Super cute spot - great location. Only recommendation I have for the property is - provide some outdoor patio furniture to relax in."
