Upon arriving in room there was a strong chemical order. We had to sleep with the door and windows open and were still affected with ill feelings. The management thought it was cleaning related but the smell persisted and ruined our time here.

Yes Teha,I spoke with your husband and let him know we use a 48 part water to 1 part bleach mix ratio for cleaning the bathroom and touch points in our rooms and he told us of your odor sensitivity. We would be happy to dilute this for you further if you let us know before the next time you say with us.Best Wishes,Chad

This place a Jem. Clean, friendly, Quiet, A few steps from the beach. Very dog friendly. Rooms comfy & decor very cute.
