Walkable to UK Campus and one mile from Rupp Arena. Perfect for those coming in town for Keenland or visiting campus. This two story is part of duplex featuring an enormous TV with Ruko, a full kitchen, and a peaceful neighborhood. Enjoy a washer and drier in the unit.
Second BEAUTIFUL apartment in duplex may be available that sleeps up to 7

Really cozy, perfect space for a visit. You'll have everything you need! Curl up on the couch and watch a movie on the oversized TV or walk over to the world Famous Native Cafe! Enjoy private laundry in the unit. There is a unit A next door, there are two apartments in the house. The back yard has some fun things to make a fire pit also! The covered front porch is a great place to sit and have a meal.

Please note this is an older home. The living room gets cold if it's winter but heats up in a matter of minutes with the space heater provided.
