The channel selection on the television was poorly set-up for channel selection and we specifically chose this facility for the hot tub and being close to our venue and my husband's joint issues. The hot tub was not working due to a pump failure, so his joints suffered for the whole vacation. We did not even get any kind of discount for this inconvenience. The room was clean and comfortable.

Overall good, slept well. Carpet could be cleaner.

Staff was pleasant. Rooms were clean, however the furniture was a bit worn. Chair in room should be replaced with a hard surface chair that can be cleaned.

Mostly fine!

Little problem w ants. Good included breakfast! Housekeeping staff could not keep track of which rooms still needed to be cleaned. Staff was very very nice. Included parking (not covered, but close to entrance). People sat in wheelchairs just outside the front door and smoked for several hours each day. No way to get in or out without smelling smoke.

Everything was excellent.

The room was clean. The beds were so comfortable I spent more time in the room than usual. Best deal for the amount paid. Easy check in & out with Travelocity.

Extremely Pleasant Experience

Needed a hotel that allowed dogs so we could attend a family celebration. This Comfort Inn goes above and beyond in every way! At check-in our dogs each even received their own goody bag and personal welcome. Our room was convenient to the exit, clean and pleasant. Breakfast was delicious and the choices were fun and appetizing. Definitely one of our best "dog friendly hotel" experiences.
