The hotel should be shut down while renovations are being done and/or it should be communicated to guests in advance how sub-par the condition of the hotel is. When we arrived in our room the ac unit pipe, which was temporarily being used b/c the permanent system was non-functional, was laying on the floor and blowing hot air throughout the room. This hotel does not even deserve one star. When I asked to be reimbursed the receptionist said that she could not do that (since I booked through Travelocity). This hotel ranks as one of if not the worst hotel experience I’ve had in the United States.

Hotel was clean, room was spacious, staff were courteous. Room was very affordable for the area. It seems they have a pool but it’s currently out of commission. Only “complaint” is breakfast really consists of some apples and pop tarts but honestly it was very nice considering what I paid.

Im jusy going to make a list. -checked in and there was already issues. They never asked what card we want charged. After telling them 3 times my husbands card is to be charged they still tried charging mine -they gave us a double bed instead of a king because they "over booked" and the room wouldnt be ready. This would of been nice to know prior to our arrival. We would of just went somewhere else -the room was completely muggy and hot. The AC didnt work. -the bathroom smelt so bad and was so dirty. There was hair everywhere on the floor. -toilet lid was left up and when i filled the bathtub it had dirt and hair floating in it and wouldnt drain. We also had no hot water so we couldnt take showers. No one wanted to help us and the manager never contacted us. And of course its not letting me upload photos

The stay was okay for the price. The room smelled very strong of marijuana when we arrived. The fan in the bathroom did not work and one of the lights in the room did not work. Besides that, it was fine for an overnight stay.
