***As of March 9, 2024, the HOA informed us that they will be shutting down the indoor pool/hot tub area as of April 8th.
The work involves draining the pool (3 days); erecting scaffolding (1 full day) and then having the contractor come in and do the removal of the existing baffles and installation of the new baffles. The contractor estimates this could take 4-5 weeks to complete the phase of the work. Once the work is complete, the scaffolding will be removed; the pool will be filled back up, chemicals balanced and water re-heated. This takes a minimum of 3 days. They estimate the pool and hot tub will not be accessible until at least the second week of May if not later. All involved will do their best to ensure the work is done in as timely a fashion as possible, but there are factors that may be out of our control that could change the timeline. ***

Included with your reservation is access to all the amenities Ocean Dunes offers, as well as the Recreation Center. Amenities include three outdoor pools, a children's playground, tennis courts, a basketball court and a shuffleboard court. *Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events.
