We were called and told to come & check in, staff had incorrect room, was told to come back. Trash stayed outside our door the whole time we were there, railing wobbly and unsafe, stove burner drip pans were aluminum foil ( fire hazard?), used coffee k-pod left on windowsill and I asked twice to get some coffee that I never got. Smoke alarm missing on ceiling, remote missing it's back, had to hold batteries in. Just not like the pictures at all! Suffice to say we won't be back!

Well checked in and the guy up front was great. The toulet was broke and he moved us to a new room which was a downgrade feom the delux room i payed for. I was leaving before the manager would be in in the morning and was told he would call me when he got in. He never did .... i didn't want a full refund just the price difference.... it was my birthday and my wife and i could not comfortably sleep in a double bed i am a big man .... thanks for calling me back .... NOT

The only thing we didnt like was the people above us was heavy walkers and sounded like they were moving furniture across the floor alot other than that nice place to stay
