The Vic By Kasa
"I was severely disappointed by this hotel and I'm glad we only stayed one night. First off, there is no front desk staff and nobody around if you need help with anything, as I did. The rooms are very loud and the beds are not comfortable. The heating and cooling system, like many but not all I've experienced, just didn't work properly. The worst part was they decided to install a bunch arcade games down the hall. Even when no one was playing them, they were constantly making noise that I could hear clearly in my room. When I tried to contact someone, I had no option but to text, which is a slow, annoying process. Their method of using 4-digit codes on a keypad to enter the rooms and the property itself does not feel secure. Their on-line check in process is needlessly cumbersome and again, not secure. Why do I have to upload a picture of my driver's license? There are absolutely no amenities beyond soap, shampoo and towels. Coffee, water or even a basic breakfast are nowhere to be found. For $300 per night, I expected just bit a more. We needed some extra time in the morning to check out. After spending 20 minutes trying to ask someone about using the stupid text service and having to send them my confirmation code 3 times, I had no other option than to pay and extra $65 for a couple of hours. Even the parking lot was ridiculous. The spaces are way to small for an average sized car. I will never stay here again and never recommend it."
