"Problems with sewage backup in 2 bathrooms, including backup in showers, which made the use of 2 of the 4 bathrooms unusable for a majority of our stay. 12 people forced to use 2 bathrooms over 7 days was difficult. A plumber did come and worked on the sewage problem for over a day but couldn’t correct the issue. We found cockroaches in the pool area, so we had to watch the doorway when entering the house, so that no cockroaches were crawling in. The neighbor was very rude, yelling at us especially when the grandkids used the pool. Parking area can only for 2 vehicles in it, we had 3 vehicles so 1 had to be parked on the lawn of what looked liked another neighbor. We have never had so much issues with any of the other properties that we have rented. I emailed the property management and asked for a 25% refund due to the sewage issue and other issues that we experienced but didn’t get a response. I wouldn’t recommend renting from Boutikia Home management. We had a 9 day stay and didn’t have a good experience. "

"We enjoyed our 5 day stay and especially enjoyed the use of the pool and all the different pool toy equipment. The extras like beach towels and ice chest were also appreciated. The home was clean, spacious and well equipped for our party of 6. The only suggestion is to have at least one extra toilet paper roll in each bathroom, an extra paper towel roll and hand soap for all the sinks. The neighborhood was quiet and the yard was beautiful. Contacting the owners by text made communication easy."

"Hubby and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary on Oahu and were very fortunate to have stayed in La Bella’s Honu (Turtle) Suite! The Honu Suite was cozily put together with a lot of care and thought to make the stay relaxing. All of the basic needs in the bathroom, kitchen area, and sleeping space were provided. Suite was very clean and smelled fresh! I loved the left and right windows of the front door that can be opened up for the fresh Hawaiian air to fill the room. The Honu Suite’s cranking casement and awning windows are definitely a nice touch. The bed was comfortable along with quality bedding, fell asleep fairly quick after being out and about on the beautiful island of Oahu. Breakfast was always fresh and fulfilling! In spite of Mokapu Road being a busy stretch, the location is quiet. The Honu Suite spot is minutes from the base which, as a retired military family, is very helpful for grocery needs as well as recreational assistance. Castle’s beach is a nice short walk or bike ride from the suite. Shopping center right across the bed and breakfast is very convenient. I did enjoy the chickens that comfortably roam on the grass area and trees near Starbucks.The hosts, Shannon & Gabriel, are very welcoming and provided exceptional attention to our needs. Very friendly! Communication was on point. They were attentive to our questions and provided great local recommendations as well as tips to help our stay more enjoyable and worthwhile. "
