"We dined at Piko for dinner twice. The food was okay, but could be better. I think in 2026 it’s time to introduce a dedicated mocktail menu, rather than asking folks to just pick an alcohol cocktail and do the math on wanting to remove the spirits and see what happens. The room was fine, I appreciated all the bed side plug in options. The pool was excellent :)"

"This villas are roomy and clean. Located well near shopping plazas and a really great snorkeling spot. They have full kitchen, washer, dryer so makes it convenient for travel since you can do your own laundry resulting in not needing to pack too heavy. Staffs are friendly and can give you rides from parking to the villa if you need help with luggage or groceries. Would stay here again if I come back to Kona."

"Perfect location! Close to town and right across the street from terrific snorkeling and surfing. Great views from the deck. We had a group of six adults and it was wonderful to have some separate living space on both floors. Convenient parking. Very comfortable. No AC but plenty of fans. Would definitely stay here again."
