Great condo/bad property mgr

The condo was great...great views and it was clean. Loved the beaches, biking/walking trails and fishing in the area. Beware....Mocks property mgt company doesn't communicate at all. They never respond to calls, messages, emails. I had to call VRBO to have Mock's contact me about a credit card issue. I had tried to contact them numerous times with no response. Also, an automated email was sent to us that we could book an extra day and to contact them if we were interested. I called, messaged, and even left a note on their building on Tuesday before our Saturday departure day. Nothing...they lost money for their client as well as us not being able to extend our vacation a day. Look on their company site and see the bad reviews on Mock's before you book, I wish I did. All you get are automated emails. I've been doing VRBO vacations for quite a few years, and I've never encountered this issue.

Endless views is right! Love the large porch with plenty of seating Beds and furniture were comfy. Probably could use some new bed pillows or bring your own.

Well appointed condo

Great condo- very clean, comfortable, good layout, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed. Quiet in winter. Gorgeous sunrises, dolphin sightings. We enjoyed our stay (wish the pool was heated as visited when windchill was 25 so was not able to swim) . Highly recommended especially as corner condo which increased the beach views!

Great View. Nice condo.

Nice condo. Good floor plan for a couple and kids or possibly two couples. Check in is super easy and access to the condo was a breeze. Location is good and the views to the ocean are awesome. Be sure to bring TP and maybe a roll of paper towels. The pool is on the east side of the building so it’s worth noting it is only in the sun during the first half of the day. Would stay here again.

The unit is just beautiful, and the view outstanding! Our weather was not the best, but the interior was so comfortable that we were still able to enjoy it. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen well stocked. I’d recommend this unit wholeheartedly!
