The rooms were very clean, but I do think that housekeeping should do a little more deep cleaning. There was dust on the top of the sliding doors. You can see it when you pull the curtains all the way back. I feel like guests who stay at the motel shouldn’t have to pay for parking.

Go elsewhere. This was once a nice upscale hotel. No longer. No beach towels. Bar is our of most common beverages. Same with the small kitchen. 2 towels & 1 TP for a week stay. Staff doesnt care & has an attitude. The inly decent part of our stay is the location. But there are other MUCH better hotels right on the beach. Dont waste your money. Go elaewhere

Beachfront happiness

This was our second time at this hotel, so that should tell you something. We love that you literally walk out to the beach and that the rooms are all suites. Unreal view of the beach and pier. And towels available throughout the day at the front desk for the beach. Would be back a third time if we go back to Jax Beach. Just can’t beat the location.

Hotel was great, view is amazing. Suite was very nice, and would be great for a longer stay (we were only there for 1 night). Access to the beach is super easy, and the whole reason we stayed. There are some minor comet things that should be fixed (rust on light plate, old holes in tile shower), but overall, I was impressed with this hotel. We were able to check in early, which was amazing.
