Ladies Christmas fellowship get away

The house was in a great location and very Spacious for everyone, the down stairs Bed rooms were great for seniors with knee Problems, very peaceful and calm, lots of space And great dinning accommodations To dine together with the group. Great place For large groups.

Large group

Great common area for a large group - we could all sit at table, talk to those in kitchen & in living room. The management was quick to respond to issues, but there were a few, some of which housekeeping should have reported to management to be fixed, like the stair bannister being loose, or a shower that did not drain well. Once issues were reported, management responded quickly. Everyone enjoyed their stay.

Great house, but needs some repairs

Overall the accommodations were excellent and very clean. The avantstay team was easy to communicate with. My only complaint is that the some maintenance is needed in a few areas. most of the blinds one the 1st floor were damaged/missing whole slats. The laminate floor on the 1st floor has buckled and you definitely notice it while walking. There are a few slow drains. Other than that I have no complaints and would stay here again.

Good Overall Stay - AvantStay team was great.. Property needed minor upkeep

Nice property for our extended family, ranging from 1-75 years old. Big house with roomy bedrooms and useful large common spaces. Finishes and Furnishings were quality and not the typical builder grade you see at rental properties. The only negative was the property needed some maintenance; There was a large wasps nest near the front porch, the ac filters were caked with dust and debris, the gutters overflowed when it rained, and the exterior could use a decent power washing. The back bathroom on the first floor was most problematic as the sinks didn't drain, the shower head had a significant leak that shot water everywhere, and there were existing tiles that needed to be repaired in the shower. The cleaners did a good job, as the property was clean from that perspective. The AvantStay team was very responsive and easy to get in touch with, including answering questions and addressing the wasp nest since it was potentially dangerous with little kids around.

We had the best time in the gorgeous house. Super spacious, plenty of rooms to spread out, big kitchen, cute little patio outside. Love the front porch with all of the rockers. The company was super easy to communicate with and fixed our problem with the grill immediately. Bring bug spray!

Beautiful house, beautiful area, great location. Our only problem was was with locking the doors, very difficult to turn any lock. Needs to be fixed!

Beautiful Inside - very spacious

Overall our stay was great. The inside of the house was clean and spacious. It accommodated our families well. Our cons involve mostly the outside of the home and the lack of response from the local management team. The outside of the home has not been maintained (window screens laying around, pounds of pollen and leaves, bees nests, old front porch deliveries etc). We reported issues throughout our stay and we were told management would be out to fix it, and they didn't show each day for our 3 night stay. If you plan to stay inside - this is the place for you! There is limited paper products in the home so make sure you bring spares! Thank you for hosting AvantStay!

The house was great. We were in town for a graduation and everyone had plenty of room and loved the pool table. Everything was clean and nice. We are planning a return trip!

Small mishaps but good communication

Upon our groups arrival and setting down a bag on one of the beds, the bed collapsed in the middle… moving the mattress we soon realized all the supports were actually not supporting the bed at all. Then when moving to an upstairs room we noticed the headboard was punched through and brad nails were just out in the open. One of our guests too had a shower backup on them and then later the downstairs toilet by the main entry leaked. I contacted the property manager and they sent over a plumber within an hour to fix the shower upstairs which was awesome (just some hair stuck in the drain, no biggie). Then one of their maintenance guys came and fixed one of the beds for us. The other one was just an extra for us as we didn’t need it and it sounds like they’ll just have to replace that one. He also gave us a good recommendation for dinner and was just a nice guy. We appreciated him fixing one of the beds so all of our guests could be comfortable. With the property having just four other bathrooms we just shut the water off to the downstairs toilet so it would stop leaking and left the message with the maintenance guy. Overall the location was open, had good seating for everyone and the property managers were great to help us resolve the issues. Would it have been nice to not have to worry about that stuff? Yes but again, they got it all fixed right away and we had a great stay!!!!!

Lots of room

Nice place. Lots of room to spread out. Very little seating in the den though. For a house that claims to sleep 12 (only beds for 10), it offered one couch and two very small/hard chairs. Great table in kitchen and outdoor table. But not a lot of space for us to be together as a group if not eating. Would suggest loveseat and additional comfortable chairs.
