The Space:

Morning light drifts across the skyline as you step onto the balcony, where ocean breezes and sweeping views of the bay and city unfold below. From this high-floor retreat, the rhythm of Waikiki feels both close and comfortably removed. Evenings bring a soft glow as city lights shimmer against the water, best enjoyed from your own outdoor space.



Sleeping arrangements

Designed for up to 2 guests, the condo features 1 bedroom with a king-size bed separated from the living area by a sliding panel door, offering a balance of openness and privacy. Cotton linens, extra pillows and blankets, room-darkening shades, and a closet provide comfort after a day out exploring.



Living space

The living area invites you to unwind with generous seating and a 65 inch HDTV. Large windows frame the ocean, bay, and skyline views, while an electric fireplace adds ambiance in the evenings. A window AC unit and ceiling fan help maintain a comfortable indoor climate, and fast wifi - 221 Mbps with Ethernet connection supports streaming or remote work.



Kitchen and dining

A full kitchen gives you the flexibility to cook at your own pace, whether it’s a quick breakfast or a relaxed dinner at the dining table. A coffee maker and kettle make it easy to ease into slow mornings before heading out.



Bathroom and essentials

The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and bathroom essentials, along with thoughtful touches like a hair dryer, iron, and clothing storage. Paid washer and paid dryer facilities are available in the building.



Outdoor living and amenities

Step onto the private patio or balcony to take in open air and gentle trade winds. Outdoor furniture and a dining area create a comfortable setting to relax. Beach essentials are available for shoreline outings, and the building offers a shared sauna. Elevator access, a single level home layout with no stairs inside, and free parking garage on premises - 1 space add convenience. An EV charger - level 2 is also available.

Getting around the Waikiki Banyan is easy, with many attractions like Waikiki Beach and Kapiolani Park just a short walk away. ✨RECREATION DECK (6TH FLOOR)

The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 15, 2026.



Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:



• A large heated swimming pool

• Three brand-new hot tubs

• A brand-new sauna

• All new loungers and daybeds

• Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating

• A children’s playground

• A full tennis and play court



Everything on the deck will be new, beautifully designed, and ideal for families, couples, and longer stays.

The recreation deck and its amenities are not accessible prior to May 15, 2026. Some daytime construction activity may be present. Rates have already been adjusted accordingly.

• A parking pass will be available after check-in. Detailed instructions will be provided once your booking is confirmed. Please remember to return both the parking pass and keys at check-out to avoid additional fees.
