The staff was great and the location was nice. The beds were substandard in all ways, the linens were as cheap as they could possibly be (think ancient army blanket). The overused mattress was covered in plastic to prevent bed bugs so it was as if I was sleeping on trash bags guaranteeing the sleeper to be sweaty all night.

The clerk was very personable at check in, but it turned out that they had assigned me to room 1801, which sits beside an active elevator shaft! In addition to hearing noises all night, I was forced to contend with a non-flushing toilet. I tried calling the front desk to report it, but the phone didn’t work.

Hotel staff attempted to charge me 100 dollar daily fee for a mess outside the room that I did not create. Do not pay these fees if they come up. Talk to security desk if you get a note at your door.

Didn't use the laundry setup. And I expected to use the hot tub but when I arrived and checked in was informed that the hot tub and pool was shut down for maintenance. I feel scammed. I had booked my reservations on the 29th and had been calling multiple times spoke to several different personnel at the hotel about different concerns before I even got there, one of them was my need for the jacuzzi and nobody informed me that it wasn't in service. I arrived late at night after my shift. I live on Oahu and I work. I took a bus and transferred three times was very tired. The personnel was very rude and impatient with me. I tried asking for a refund I also asked for a comp of some sort the man was very rude and distasteful I will never come back again or recommend this hotel to anyone. I am extremely dissatisfied and as a Kamaaina, I especially expected to be treated better. He gave me two complimentary drinks, after I asked for something and I told him I don't even drink what else you got. He said we got a gym. I just wanted to rest in a hot bath couldn't do that either cuz it's stand-up showers. I really looked forward to the jacuzzi. It was terrible I asked for a complimentary breakfast or something. He just got ruder and ruder. I'm still really just saddened by the experience. I feel ripped off. It's because from the time that I booked the reservation to when I actually came I had been in communication with them and they could have told me. Oh their parking garage smells urin

More into deep clean

By the door, cockroach kinda welcoming us then spotted 2 more in between bed in the floor. Yet, rather than this it was been supposed to be excellent. Friendly advise, to upgrade the beds into more firm & durable in the sense that both beds easily fall apart from headboards. Though, I commend the linens & towels, was one of the best set up & neat, doesn't made us uncomfortable to think we are checked in with "cockys'.

At night the fridge will make a weird noise and on the wall next to the a/c unit there was like a rust color Stain on the wall but they have a little restaurant in the building that was really good that was a plus and the parking please please make parking free for the people that stay at the hotel paid over 150 for parking there ridiculous

Great location right by the food trucks. Parking available at $50 per day next door. The place was dated small but clean. Great for the money just a one night lay over but won’t probably stay long term unless you want to save the money.
