"The hotel, room, location, service is very bad. The Shuttle service they provide has max 10 people and its first come first serve and it’s every hour. Basically its the worst hotel we have stayed in."

"We recently stayed at this property and unfortunately our experience was not very comfortable. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was not working properly, while the AC in the hall area was fine. Because of this, the bedrooms became quite uncomfortable, especially at night. Another issue was the mattress in the bedroom. The spring mattress was in very poor condition. Whenever someone moved, the entire bed would move as well, which made it difficult to sleep. The sofa bed was also extremely hard and not comfortable at all. We booked the place for six people, but having only one bathroom made it very difficult for everyone to manage, especially in the morning. "
