"Communication prior to and during our trip was perfectly attentive and friendly. The house is every bit as beautiful as it looks online. Clean, plenty of towels and toiletries. Air conditioning works great. Kitchen is great for making a quick meal or breakfast. Unbeatable location. We will be coming back as many times as possible! Loved this stay — thank you Rob!!"

"Our stay here was great! The property was exactly as depicted in the photos. All bedrooms were downstairs in a long hallway, which actually made nap times and bed times easier for everyone. Upstairs was the kitchen and living area, and we all loved going up there and spending time together. The property manager was very responsive the few times I had to reach out (late checkout related). I did notice underneath the beds hadn’t been cleaned before our stay. I think the cleaning people may have forgotten to get under our bed. I still give it 5 stars for clean because everything else was clean! The water color membership was an added bonus if you’re bringing little ones. Beach days are long, so it was nice to change it up. We would definitely stay here again! "
