At a minimum, situations like this should be anticipated and accommodated—whether by prioritizing ground-floor rooms or offering proper help. Instead, the experience felt indifferent and poorly managed. Overall, the combination of outdated facilities and the staff’s disregard for guest circumstances makes this place hard to recommend."
