The hotel need a make over everything is too old. Needs new beds new furniture it looks good on picture but when you get there is totally diferrent

Check in was extremely slow and very frustrating. They cannot handle more than two people checking in simultaneously.

It was a cute hotel. Our room had a beautiful view of the pool and the palm trees and the plants around the hotel. The hotel had a nice restaurant as well with a beautiful view with kind staff.

We spent two nights here, our first and last night before leaving. This Hotel has the potential to be nice but the maintenance has not been kept up on the facility. The room was big but not as clean as it could have been. The first night I thought it was my imagination but when it happened again the last night we were there I knew it was not my imagination. There was an animal living in the wall of our room and it woke me up during the night with its scurrying. The proximity to the airport is its best recommendation. I would not stay at this Hotel again.

I recently stayed at this hotel just as a night stay before heading home to the coast. We got there around 9 pm. Staff was very nice (and we did have a shuttle from the airport - main reason why we stayed at this hotel). The lobby/rooms are very dated and my room was not that clean. Stained walls and bathtub. It basically served its purpose for a bed to sleep in transit. Breakfast though was great as it was ready at 6 (my shuttle to leave was at 6:10)! That was a plus.

Not what I paid for.

Paid for a king bed expecting a room that looked like the picture on the website, but got a double bed in a loft with very narrow staircase. In addition, the hot water didn't work so I had an unpleasant cold shower. I asked for a different room which they accomodated, but it still was not as nice as the picture, and the TV had a fuzzy picture so I couldn't even watch it.

great place for my one night stay

I was spending one night in San Jose after being out in the countryside and wanted to be close to the airport for an early morning departure. The shuttle met me at the airport within 15 minutes of placing my call and took me to the property which was within 15 minutes of the airport. I speak a modest amount of Spanish and the driver was extremely helpful and advised me, appropriately, to get to the airport early for my 7:30 AM departure. He told me that the shuttle did not run at 4:45 AM which is the time he suggested I leave for the property and he made arrangements to have a cab be at the lobby entrance at that time. He also told me that it was a $15 fare, which it was. My room was spacious clean, and comfortable. The on property restaurant had good food at reasonable prices. I was completely satisfied with my stay
