Decent, but service could have been better

The rooms were not ready until after 4 pm so many of us were sitting in the lobby or bar area waiting. Then we had other guests come into our room around 11:30pm because apparently they were also given keys to our room.

Property is in need of major renovation. We checked in and there was no water for over 2 hours. Cracked tile all around tub. Old carpets throughout. You would think a Wyndham would put so E effort into a place that could be returned to its former grandeur.

Disappointing Experience This property is in terrible condition, and the rooms are far from satisfactory. When I arrived, I had to wait an additional hour after the check-in time for my room to be ready. During this time, no one offered to store my bags or assist me, not even when I stepped out of the taxi. I repeatedly asked the staff about my room, and they kept saying they would call me, but they never followed through. Overall, the service was disorganized and unhelpful. I strongly recommend looking for another hotel

The staff was nice. However the room I was “upgraded” to had a view of a wall with exposed piping, was very old, the jacuzzi tub leaked and had no stopper. There was no ability to adjust the room temperature, either a/c full blast or nothing so it was either freezing or hot. The solution was extra blankets.

My room was beautiful. At first, Id been given a room on the 2nd floor in a building w no elevator. That dudnt work w two 50-pound suitcases. I got a room on the first floor after that. They had a nice gym, but I couldnt access it, because it closed at 4 on Sat. I alsi didnt get breakfast, because it starts at 6. They only have airport shuttles once/hour on the hour. I needed to be there by 7, but since there was no intermediate option, I took the 6 am shuttle. There was a couple w kids that checked in at the dame time as I did, and they got breakfast packaged fir them to go on the 6 am shuttle. I didnt know this was an option, because the lady I checked in with just told me that I would not be abke to have breakfast. So, we checked in at the same time and left on the same airport shuttle. They got breakfast. I didnt. Also, the hot tub wasn't hot at all. Beautiful property, but . . .
