The entire hotel was brand new and looked very high end. The rooms were modern and updated and felt way nicer than the price we paid. The front desk staff and bellhop were extremely friendly and caring, even for Tico standards!

This is a newly renovated hotel. The aesthetics are nice and the staff SUPER friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious and they also offered made to order breakfast items. My only complaint was that the rooms were somewhat small and there were not many electrical outlets . The hotel is close to the hospital....just in case, and there are a number of NICE restaurants within walking distance.

This hotel was beyond perfect. The property was impeccable and all of its amenities were out-of-this-world! The staff were the best part of the stay. Special shout out to Salvador, Carlos, Ronny and Guillermo! They made you feel like family and catered to our every need. I lived in Costa Rica and have been in several hotels. Hyatt Centric is one of the best in country. Rooms are spacious and confortable. The restaurant very very good in all meals. There is also a nice cafeteria. The location is great near Plaza Tempo and Avenida Escazu. The highligjt is the people with amazing service with a special recognition to the outstanding work of Carlos in the restaurant 👏👏👏

We stayed at the Hyatt Centric for a girls trip. Esteben greeted us in the lobby and was absolutely a joy to have. He gave us great options for dining and entertainment around San Jose. He also made sure to tell us about the Friday night entertainment in the hotel lounge that was fun and entertaining. The bartenders and barista were excellent. No one was expecting tips but offered the best service. The rooms were spacious and clean. There were a lot of American channels. I was very pleased with the service and at such a nice price.
