The front deask staff was incredibly nice and concerned. One of my grandsons mentioned that he wanted a room on the lowest floor, because he doesn't like elevators and intended to use the stairs. Desk lady was very compassionate and talked him into trying the elevator. She was on duty when we checked out. She remembered his fear and asked him how he did on the elevator. Thanks to her kindness, he is now willing to try other elevators. I did not get her name, but I want her to know how much her jester meant to me.

The balcony view across the river was very cool. The first room we were given wasn't cleaned from the previous occupant. We were moved to a different room which had recently been 'remodeled'. The remodeling didn't seem to be finished. An outlet wasn't fastened in, the curtains didn't close properly, the thermostat didn't seem to work. The front desk didn't seem to know what was going on. Very inefficient.

Its a great view of the city but the restaurant on top is closed on Sunday..

This property was extremely dirty . Looked like some just got out of the shower. Coffee ring on table . Curtains were dirty. There was something was thrown against the wall, and the walls were dirty, is extremely hot in the in the elevator hallways, when I say dirty it was straight up disgusting. I mean dirty I asked for a different room they couldn’t accommodate me because they said they were completely booked. Just don’t even go here. Don’t even bother if it wasn’t for the pink concert and all the hotels pretty much been booked. I would’ve walked out of there slept in my car.. I took pictures of everything
