KITCHEN: Fully stocked chef’s kitchen has all top of the line appliances and features. Coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, freezer, and microwave.

- King size bed in the bedroom
- Pac and Play and High Chair provided.

BATHROOMS: (1)
All bathrooms are provided with a starter set of toiletries (TP, hand washing soap) and plush towels. A hairdryer is also available.

PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. This is our most important rule that can result in the termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.

PARKING: There is a dedicated parking spot on Arthur St. marked #9. Arthur is north of your unit.

Cute apartment and perfect location

We had a great stay at the oasis. The location was perfection- few steps from the beach was all we needed. Close to north end of the Hollywood boardwalk. Walking distance to all restaurants and intercoastal water taxi. The apartment was clean, a little outdated but did not bother us. If possible I would have asked the host to provide just a few more essentials- such as shower shampoo, additional toilet paper rolls, and toothpaste for guests. Otherwise had everything we needed.

Love this place!

This is the third time I have stayed in this unit and it does not disappoint. The location is perfect, close to everywhere you want to be. It is stocked with everything you need, including a comfortable king size bed. It is steps to beach and the pool. I will stay here again!

Overall pleasant stay

Steps away from the beach and boardwalk. The pool was heated which was nice. The unit was clean and inviting. The beach chairs were rusted and broken and the umbrella was broken too. Those definitely need replacing. The pull out sofa could use a new mattress and a few more blankets for the nighttime. Other than that, we loved the place and would definitely stay there again.

Amazing Little Place, Steps fromthe Beach

I was in town for a huge national conference that was taking place at a giant fancy hotel nearby. I don't like drowning amid crowds of people, and I wanted something away from the frenzy. This little apartment was absolutely perfect. Quiet and comfortable and private, but if you get a taste for some nightlife, it's mere steps away. I have severe mobility issues and cannot walk very far, and I wanted to be near the water but without the scary touristy price tag. This place fit the bill perfectly! Check-in was a breeze, owners are polite and responsive, private pool on one side, ocean on the other... Can't ask for more. I'll be back for sure!

Location,location,location!

We enjoyed our stay. The property was well maintained and the condo was perfect for 2 people. The location is what really makes this an amazing place to stay. It's the next best thing to being ocean front. The Broadwalk is literally just steps away. The restaurants were very good and you can't beat dining by the ocean. The only complaint we have is the internet was aweful. We only had it about 4 days out of our 8 day stay. When it was working we still couldn't connect to the wifi. The owner did try to get it fixed for us but it just kept going in and out. Overall this is a great place to stay!

Great Location

Very nice roomy place!

Very nice condo with a super comfortable bed. Had beach chairs and umbrella that came in very handy. Clean towels & beach towels. Had all the kitchen items you need. Very spacious place. Very beautiful clean pool & outside eating area with awning which we used a few times! A little outdated - little cracks in walls but nice & clean. Only thing that was a little annoying was there is a big parking ramp next door and the crazy drivers with screeching wheels were very loud. Otherwise was a wonderful stay!

The property location was great!! The apartment was a good size. The fridge kept our drinks nice and cold. The only complaint I have is housekeeping was still there when we got there at 4:15. The floors were sandy. Which can be expected with the proximity to the beach. There was also sand in the sink. The dressers and light and shelves in the bathroom could have been dusted. These are issues with housekeeping and not necessarily the property owner. All of the towels and bed linen was clean.

Another great stay!

This was the second time I have stayed at the Oasis and it does not disappoint! The location is perfect, just steps from the Broadwalk. The parking spot is a definite plus though you don’t really need a car to enjoy the area. The bed is comfortable and so is the pool! Can’t wait to return!

Had a couple of issues. TV in Living room was not working. A Leak developed in the bath. Had to mop floor several times of over an inch of water until it was fixed. Property owner was responsive. TV replaced next day. Plumbing repair took place same day.

Great Unit, Awesome Location

This is a very nice place, exactly as listed. It had plenty of space and was literally a few steps away from the beach. Restaurants, stores, bars, markets, the availability of rental bikes, and more are all within a short walking distance. We flew in and did not rent a car. We were not disappointed at all. Our flight came in super early in the day and the office graciously offered to store our bags until check-in, but since we would have had to use a taxi or Uber to get to and from the office and beach, we chose to go a different route. We used the Bounce app to make arrangements to store our luggage at a business closer to the beach where we could use the Circuit app to have a small, electric shuttle take us back and forth inexpensively. These cars go all around the area, making it easy to do things away from the beach and unit, if you choose to do so. This unit came with all the basics: small hotel-sized bars of soap, shampoo/conditioner, a few rolls of toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, paper towels, a few extra trash bags, hand sanitizer, salt/pepper, and a blow dryer. Beach chairs and an umbrella were available for use, as well as a pack-and-play if that's something you need. There was a nice mirror above an outlet in the bedroom, so one person is able to finish getting ready in the bedroom while another person is in the restroom. We did not cook our own meals or use the pool, so cannot speak about those things. Check-in was easy and the owners communicated with us well. This is one of the most beautiful beaches I've seen. It's a gorgeous area and this unit was perfect. Thank you!
