"Great location, we stayed in the Annex building. Very modern, clean, spacious. The lady at the front desk was so nice and super helpful. The only complaint I would say - and it seemed to be similar in other places in Italy - was fire safety. We got one key for our room, and the entry door to the apartment doors had a lock. If you are inside, you cannot leave without a key, which sometimes felt unnerving when my partner left with the keys. Luckily, no emergency happened, but would be helpful if they had an "escape" button for emergencies or just exiting without a key."

"I loved the location! Very close to the Duomo and places to eat and shop! Also in walking distance from the train station. Staff was very friendly and helpful with storing my luggage before and after check-out so I could freely move about the city!"

"This was by far my favorite stay in Italy! I felt safe, the location was great, and the inside of the hotel was gorgeous. I especially appreciated that they gave me the specific room I requested. That was such a nice touch and made me feel like they really listened to my request. I absolutely loved the room—the decor, the aesthetic, the cleanliness, and all the little extra amenities. Everything felt very thoughtful, from the bathrobe, and slippers to the beautiful decor. Honestly, it’s hard to say what I didn’t like about this stay! Breakfast was great, with so many options. I especially loved the fresh juicing option. My only suggestion would be to have more than one person helping with the juicing because the wait could get pretty long. The location was also convenient. The staff was wonderful and very welcoming. I loved all the thoughtful little details throughout the hotel. Overall, this was my favorite hotel in Italy. Beautiful, clean, comfortable, safe, and full of thoughtful touches. I would absolutely stay here again! ❤️"
