We had a wonderful stay! :-) The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast provided every morning was delicious, and the location was perfect and ideal! :-)

We really enjoyed our stay here! We only stayed one night but we surely enjoyed it. It is conveniently close to the train station and many shops. The staff was nice, friendly, and helpful as well. Everything was clean and the complementary breakfast was delicious. Please note that the lobby is on the second floor and all rooms above it. There is not a lift/elevator, this might be a difficulty for people with physical disabilities. Otherwise, I would totally recommend this hotel for all!

The property is in the heart of the old city and close to literally everything. You walk out of the hotel and there are restaurants everywhere. I loved the restaurant right next to the hotel, Trattoria Antellesi! The breakfast at the hotel was also very good with lots of good options. I would recommend the hotel, although I think it's a bit expensive.

Wonderful staff.

Our stay was marvelous, even though there is no elevator. The staff was absolutely wonderful, helpful, friendly and informative. Allessandro and Tea helped us plan tours, suggested good restaurants in the area and made us feel very welcome. The San Lorenzo area is just a few steps from the train station and the Duomo. We would definitely return!

Well located Hotel with a walkable distance to main attractions like St Maria de Fiore Cathedral[just 5 min walk], Michelangelo David statue 10 min walk, Piti palace, 20 min walk. A lot of restaurants, shopping, even supermarkets, 1 minute from Cappella Medici and 8 minutes from Sr Maria Novella train station. Location is perfect. The only inconvenient is the high stairs with no elevator. Breakfast is included and very good. Friendly staff. Just 4 minutes walk you will fund a big food court in the second floor, nice option to eat and less expensive. Recommended hotel.

Really centrally located so everything notable was within a 15 minute walking distance. The staff were all really professional and nice. The layout of the hotel is really interesting where it snakes all over the place. Maybe it's a Florence thing but I do like it. The included breakfast funnily enough had the best dessert I've had in Florence. The room was spacious with tall ceilings and came with everything one would need.

I booked a single room and it was just off reception and next to the common area. I could hear the conversations and people walking to and from their rooms which I didn’t like - as there was no carpet it was more like staying in a hospital - I was glad I was on my own as I’m not sure how private it would have been to have conversations in the room. Noise from staff started as early as 430am. The aircon was on a timer so woke to blast of cold air at around 2 or 3 am. I worked out how to turn off. Fan on bathroom on sensor and very noisy and took long time to turn off. Basic breakfast included with lots of pastry options. Reasonable coffee. Great location.
