Located near the Firenze terminal, a 5-minute walk from the terminal. Nothing thrilling about the stay! The room looks dated for the price, and it feels like a room at someone's home rather than a hotel.

Overall it was a nice stay. But the first day we were in a room with the tiniest bathroom for two people to use. It was so small my husband was complaining hitting his head against the opposite wall while seated at the toilet. The shower curtain was so short that the water was running out and on to the bathroom floor. However, after complaining about the issues, we were shown a much better room and we were transferred to that room at no extra cost. The staff from the housekeepers to the managers were all very nice, friendly, and accommodating.

The staff was the BEST! Nice room with comfy bed (hard to find in Italy). Super convenient to walk from train station, and the area to meet for most tours. Breakfast was great! Highly recommend this hotel! 5 stars. Front desk staff was super nice, helpful and patient.

We stayed at this hotel for one night due to the proximity to the Tram 2 / train station to catch an early flight home. It is across the street but tucked away so it’s quiet. The room was fine but we only had one small deflated foam pillow each, which was not great.

Palazzo Vecchio is an excellent hotel for many reasons. Friendly and helpful front desk staff, clean and comfortable rooms including bed, shower pressure is consistent and hot, impressive hot breakfast with made-to-order cappuccino, latte from baristas, very close to train station (2-3 min walk), and within walking distance to most major Florence landmarks and attractions. Only downside is the walls are thin so you can hear hotel guests next door when they sneeze or talk - this did not negatively affect my stay at all because I was busy most of the day exploring Florence & only in hotel room at night to sleep. By using earplugs, I slept throughout the night & was not disturbed by other hotel guests (and I am generally a light sleeper). I will definitely return to Palazzo Vecchio as a satisfied customer for my next Florence trip! No hesitations at all. Overall fantastic hotel

i really enjoyed our stay here. It’s very close to the train station. The rooms are extremely dark and that was the only downside. The staff is exceptional. Very close to everything.

The place was outstanding, we were in Florence for my grandson's wedding, This place was Exceptionally clean, The service was impeccable. We had breakfast also there and it was outstanding , The croissants.(YUM.) the food was plentiful. I would recommend this place 100%. We will be returning .

The property is well-located with the added convenience of private parking, which is a great advantage in Florence. The space was clean and overall a convenient place to stay. However, the air conditioning in the room was not functioning properly during our visit, which was a drawback given the summer heat. Aside from that issue, it’s a nice and comfortable place to stay.

We loved Hotel Palazzo Vecchio! Our room had a balcony with a view of the Duomo. The hotel was very clean and our room was very nice. The staff was great and helped answer many of our questions. They gave us a paper map and highlighted the places we wanted to see in Florence. Everything was within walking distance but we also logged over 20,000 steps a day. It was super convenient to the train station and many great local establishments close by to eat and drink. We highly recommend this hotel.
