We had a great experience at this hotel! A special shoutout to Stephanie at the front desk—she was incredibly helpful and welcoming. We arrived earlier than the standard check-in time, and not only did she allow us to check in before 3 PM, but she also kindly stored our luggage for free while we waited. Her professionalism and warm attitude really made our stay start on the right foot. Thank you, Stephanie! the hotel just across the santa nouvella station which we used it many times Please ask for a room away from the bar and breakfast sooo delicious

Very good location. Ideal for the train station and walking into Florence. Very nice dinning area and breakfast selection. Can get a little crowded outside the hotel with people waiting for trams/buses. But that’s no fault of the hotel.

The room was nice, the property is well-located, though very busy outside. We appreciated the breakfast and the lounge. Unfortunately the bathroom smelled worse than anything I've ever encountered. We complained and a cleaner was sent up but she was only able to cover the smell temporarily. We requested an air freshener since they said they were unable to move us, but we never received it. Despite complaining four times over the course of our stay, the hotel never offered any kind of compensation and denied we had ever complained. The cleaning person received a call from the room two floors down while she was in our room. We suspect it may have been for the same reason as it had to be the plumbing causing the smell. The smell was so bad that we had to close the door of the bathroom and open it only out of dire necessity. We stayed out of the room as much as possible and I slept with a perfumed scarf over my face. It absolutely ruined our stay. So disappointed.

Check in was smooth, the staff assisted with our needs. After the first room cleaning, food and an item inside a toiletry bag went missing. When brought to attention they claimed a language barrier. On the second day, the Do Not Disturb sign was on the door and we returned to the housekeeper inside the room. Again, a language barrier was claimed but I pointed to their door sign. On check out I asked for a manager and none was available. Only stay here if you are okay with people going through your stuff.

First day there we heard loud knocking sound. But we believe it was just the person cleaning and the next room until we came back and heard the noise still. When told and showed the front desk about the knocking sound. They just dismissed it as the restaurant underneath us was moving chairs. We told that it’s impossible. Unless they were moving chairs on the walls and ceiling. We heard the banging all while on our trip. Very disappointing. It was only one Spanish lady that was very nice and friend. She worked behind the bar.
