The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests, consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower. Washing machine and wifi connection available to guests. Located in lively and dynamic neighborhood, close to major services, restaurants and typical stores; you can easily walk to the city's main attractions. A set of towels and bed linen available to each guest.                    
The apartment is located on the third floor of a building with an elevator.
The apartment is located in a pedestrian area; it is recommended to park in a private garage nearby and walk to the apartment.

Service limitation: The permitted temperature values in our flat are 19° C (+ 2° C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. According to the Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the City of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of keys, a fee of 50 Euro will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons.
For urgent work caused by the guest outside office hours (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.) a payment of EUR 100 will be charged. . City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 22:00 and 00:00 is subject to 80 late arrival fee.
