We were upgraded to a suite, 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Reslly lovely unfortunately the noise outside the hotel was ridiculous (shouting went on till 6am) After 2 nights couldn’t cope and changed rooms! Staff were excellent, in reception and cleaners and in breakfast area.

I don't normally leave reviews but we were so happy with our stay here I had to! We were staying in a junior suite and were so impressed by the amount of space, the huge balcony, the decor, the beautiful swimming pool, the breakfast every morning, the lovely staff throughout and the location was so handy for everything we wanted to go visit! This hotel gets a 5/5 for everything from myself and my family :)

Staff was incredible! Super clean room, great breakfast, great location. A little disappointed that our "two bedroom" wasnt really a two bedroom. It was a bedroom with a pull out and NO television and a bed in the living room. Everything else was absolutely perfect.

The hotel is in the perfect location. Walkable to everything within 6-8 min. We were really pleasantly surprised by that since it seemed closer in person than on the map. The room was clean but sparsely furnished. The main room would have benefited from a couch instead of just a table. There was plenty of room for it. And the bedroom needed a dresser, not just a closet. The only mirror was in the bathroom. It needed at least one more and a full length one at that. The pool was nice but don’t forget towels—none down there. We loved the outdoor balcony. Overall it was ok—did what we needed but there wasn’t anything to make this an over the top stay. I’d stay in the area again but maybe try another place. Also getting a taxi in Florence is not easy. No apps and no Lyft/Uber. So plan accordingly if you need to get around, you’ll need to ask a hotel or someplace to call a cab for you

A lovely hotel in a perfect situation for all the attractions. It was 5 minutes to most and there was an excellent restaurant next door. The room's decor was amazing and the beds were comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful and we were made welcome from the moment we arrived. We had an upgrade which was appreciated and the room was clean and very spacious. The breakfast was good and varied and the serving staff were always on hand to help with anything. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

I have stopped in central Florence many times but this gem of a hotel is a first. It was so convenient to be so central, just a short distance from the Piazza Signoria and close to the Bargello and good restaurants. The staff were so helpful and the rooms were lovely…so clean and fresh. We will certainly be back. Thankyou for a fantastic stay.

We had such a great stay at this hotel! The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. I loved the unique room decor. We ended up in a room That actually had 2 separate bedrooms Which was perfect as we were traveling with our college aged daughter. It was very spacious and even had a small kitchenette. Although we didn’t use it we know now for future visits. We will definitely be back!
