Property is a beautiful historic hotel. The staff was great. The only suggestion we have is we feel they should have been more forthcoming that the room did not have a shower and only a large tub. We would definitely return to this hotel but would request a room with a shower in our advance in our special request.

This hotel is an oasis, just a few minutes walk from the Santa Maria Novella train station. Hotel staff were amazingly professional--kind, courteous and reliable with requests and quick with helpful suggestions. The renovated hotel is charming, with an old world vibe, but things like baths are updated and modern. I would stay here again without hesitation!

Hotel Albani Firenze is a lovely place to stay just five minutes walk from the train station. It hit all of the right notes for me. My room was gorgeous! To be honest, though, I stayed in one of their best rooms. The hotel’s buffet breakfast offered a wide selection, and hot drinks were served to your table. Staff were most helpful, especially those in reception. Best of all, the hotel is within easy walking distance to all the main sights and restaurants.
