The room was very clean, but no joke on the elevator issue. We stayed about a month ago hotel was quieter, no problem with the elevators. We gave up and took the service elevators most of the stay

After several minutes of trying , he phones his boss who was able to find my booking. Once I was given the room, it was several buildings down despite the entire hotel being empty. The toilet flush was not working. The wash basin was stained. The room was probably last updated in 1950s. There was no chain lock on the door. The outside had lots of unsavory characters hanging out. I wanted to leave but I was so tired, I just crashed on the bed."
