Hotel is well maintained overall but our room had issues. The air handler/air conditioner was extremely loud and vibrated the floor. It would wake us up at night and drown out the TV when running. The other issue was with the shower. There obviously should have been two sliding doors but one was missing and no matter how you positioned the single door the water would splash out all over the floor making it slippery. Several extra towels addressed that but for the price, I expected much more. I will say the bar and restaurant staff are very friendly and welcoming. If we are back in Long Island, we will look for a place closer to restaurants and attractions.

I paid 200 extra to upgrade my room to one with a balcony.the rooms above my room had people that walked so hard on the floor i could not sleep thier footsteps is all i heard till 2:30 in the morning.and traffic was loud also.i had a better nights sleep at the days in the night before

Thank you for your feedback. There is a large illuminated sign at the top of the hotel on the outside facing Brush Hollow Road. We are a 24 hour hotel and therefore have lights on at all times. We hope you were treated to excellent customer service during your stay.
