Room was clean staff nice but room keys kept not working. Spa (the number one reason I chose it) was clean but the whirlpool jets were weak, the sauna wasn’t working, and the steam room temperature wasn’t close to being hot enough. The pool was nice. The area was very clean. If viana fixed the spa things I mentioned they would have a special place. But it was a dud. Sorry.

The room and staff were wonderful. The Marco Polo staff were overwhelmed and so last night getting dinner and a drink took a long time - I hope that when the hotel is full - that they are given maybe some more help?
