Hotel is dusty and filthy. room phone not working. sheets are old and not clean. no mirror no sink in the bathroom. furniture dusty. they won't fix your bed in the morning unless you ask for it. so, they just change the towels and leave your bed like a mess just because you did not order full room service. I was so mad when I get back to the hotel and found my bed like a mess and the excuse was even more disappointing. #shame

Great location close to a shopping center and shopping mall. Beds were comfortable and I was surprised and grateful to receive daily service! The elevators didn't always work. Other guests were being super loud in the middle of the night which woke us up several times. The snack was not that desirable. I was there 3 nights with another adult, but only received 1 snack box. They ran out of black tea. HOWEVER, they charged me less than the Travelocity price, so they are all right with me!
